Mr. Sunil K. Yadav, a former Judicial Member of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal started his professional career as a lawyer in Delhi in 1980, in the field of civil, commercial, criminal and service litigation, where he represented numerous clients across industries and sectors including Northern Railway, Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Limited, Gram Sabhas of Delhi, National Assurance Company, New India Insurance Company, United India Insurance Company, Oriental Insurance Company and Hindustan Zinc Limited.
In 2018, he was superannuated from the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and has since then joined the legal profession.
With over 40 years of experience in the legal field (which includes more than 22 years in the judicial capacity in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal), he has significant expertise and unique insight in various facets of law, particularly in direct taxation matters.
