Sangeet has a versatile experience of 18 years – both as a litigation as well as corporate and commercial lawyer. He has assisted various corporate houses in raising fund through equity, including initial public offering (IPO) and debt; examined complex structural issues; and advised on the applicability of sector specific regulations & assisted clients in procuring relevant approvals, industrial licences, and other regulatory clearances. He also has the expertise of drafting and managing commercial contracts, safeguarding the legal rights of his clients.
On the litigation side, he has appeared in various High Courts, commercial courts, and tribunals (including Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal).
Sangeet has authored book titled “Copyright and Trademark Laws Relating to Computers”, which has been remarked and commented as “a well researched work and ideal for Judges, Lawyers and law officers in this field, law students, I.T. Professionals and software companies”, and its in the recommended reading list of law universities and institutions. He is frequently contributing through articles on legal subjects and presentations.
