Ritagya has over a decade of experience in civil litigation, primarily in the area of Writs in both the Supreme Court and High Court in matters against various Government Departments and Statutory bodies, property disputes (both private as well as involving statutory bodies like DDA, MCD etc)., family disputes, debt recovery matters and consumer disputes across judicial forums, at national, state and district level.
She has represented clients before various judicial and quasi– judicial platforms such as Supreme Court, High Courts, various District Courts as well as all consumer forums.
She also has significant expertise in arbitration matters and has worked on mediation matters in Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the High Court and other lower Courts.
