Ray Sharat Prasad is a lawyer enrolled as a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and his professional experience spans over a period of more than 20 years . He has assisted the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India, in drafting The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill.
