Mr. Praveen Rao, has over a decade of experience including over five years of global banking and investment experience in Canada and thereafter years of civil, criminal and corporate litigation experience across various forums in India including the Delhi High Court; district courts, Consumer forums, etc. He has represented clients on writ petitions against various Government Departments and statutory bodies; family and property disputes; succession matters, matrimonial disputes, arbitration and mediation matters. He has also represented both consumers as well as service providers in various consumer disputes before consumer forums.
With significant global banking and investment experience gained from working with the biggest Canadian financial institutions including TD Bank Financial Group (TDFG) and RBC Financial Group, Praveen brings a unique insight into his legal practice, particularly in banking and financial matters.
