Practicing since 2010, Neha has represented both domestic & offshore clients on their investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, exits, other cross-border transactions, contractual arrangements & regulatory compliances.
Her work has inter alia included transaction structuring, due diligences; contractual drafting (such as agreements related to share subscription/purchase, shareholders, technology transfer and IP license, business/asset transfer, services, leases, licenses, sale deeds, construction-development, business collaborations franchise arrangements, etc. She also advises corporates on corporate governance, regulatory compliances, and labour and employment laws. She has handled various complex and headlining transactions in the recent years including advising managing promoter of Pathkind Diagnostics, on investment by Motilal Oswal of hundreds of crores.
Besides advising domestic clients, Neha has over the years gained a unique insight vis-à-vis cross-jurisdictional matters, and is presently also retained by various international corporate houses in Europe and USA for legal assistance with their investments and other contractual arrangements across jurisdictions.
